AI Hackathon programme... Three days event..
Day 1
10 February (12:30 to 2:00 PM): We will be using the CEIT Case Room for an expert session. We would appreciate support with 1 digital screen outside the case room, as well as photography during the session.
Day 2
12 February (2:00 to 7:00 PM): The programme will continue in the CEIT Case Room with a live hackathon and mentoring session. We would appreciate support with photography and videography, along with 1 digital screen outside the room.
Day 3:
13 February (8:30 AM to 12:30 PM): We will be in the Conference Room for final presentations and judging. Given the larger space, we would appreciate support with 2digital screens, as well as enhanced photography and videography coverage, particularly for the closing ceremony, expected to take place between 12:00 and 12:30 PM.
